It always depends on where. Also, what department? Buttoned up and professional is subjective but a mandatory if your going for a senior role. If you went through a recruiter they should give you this intel. If you know anyone at the in-house agency, ask or get some perspective.
I’ve worked at two agencies within the same parent company and they were radically different. At my current gig they still wear bad suits out of the 90s and 80s.

As a default I would say business casual if you're not sure.
Not jeans, but not stuffy matching suit. I've usually work black pants, a nice but sometimes fun top (last time I wore a floral silk blouse) and a fitted blazer. A dress and a blazer can work, too.

Ask them. Some in-house agencies have dress codes, others are very relaxed.
