I've always loved the Breaking & Entering guys for what they do and it's great to root them and see their company thrive, but the lack of diversity on their "Must Hire List" feels counter productive to their whole mission of helping people break into the industry.

It's basically like all white people, and now I'm seeing them as an exact representation of the gate keepy/pay-to-play industry that has made it hard to break into in the first place

I filed my tax with TurboTax. It said my estimated refund is $700. I got a letter from IRS saying I actually owe $400. When I looked into it I realized they didn’t account for my 2021 quarterly estimates that I paid with my ex-wife last year. In our divorce decree we agreed to claim half of the credits each. But I guess for their record it’s all under her name. It’s impossible to reach IRS and also I really want to avoid contacting my ex. What would be the best approach for this?
