Try to go corporate. Has its own baggage but better than fighting every day
Try to go to a smaller firm that has some transactional practice, like real estate. You can learn some transactional basics there and then leverage the lit+transactional experience to jump somewhere with more corporate exposure.

Not sure of applicable non-attorney jobs. If you learn of something please post about it. As for other legal sectors: Government can be nice, but the pay is usually bad, so unless you have a partner with a decent income it requires a significant adjustment in lifestyle. If you are female, the problem with corporate is the sexism… especially in tech.
