No it’s time to just move on, there’s clearly not enough business to hire a paralegal let alone a law clerk and there’s not much growth for you there
That's a lot of commutes! With gas prices, it feels like you are losing half a day worth of work, if not more. Ask for a raise, so you have more leverage for future offers.
104 miles is not worth it for that amount of money and double the work. Ask for a raise, you being the law clerk is definitely a chance for you to gain leverage. Go for it!
That's a good situation for you to definitely ask for a raise. It would be healthy for you to exercise your right to ask for one. Hope you get it! Good luck
Wow. 104 miles in total is a lot. If you have any options, you can just look for other job opportunities with much favorable proximity situation.
If it's not going to make you stay, I mean...I would do it so you can leverage a better offer personally, and it's not like it's gonna be a big deal for them if you're not there forever. So you know what, I say go for it
Why ask for a raise if you’re leaving?
*stay
If you have another great offer, then you should grab it. You should start looking for a new job as soon as possible.
