I got selected to HCL Technologies , had submitted my documents and all the required information also updated my joining form in discover HCl website. It also shows that my bgv is completed but I have'nt recieved myoffer letter it has been more than a week. I also have a service agreement to fill it requires my date of joining which I think will be in my offer letter. Can any one help me and say how will this move from now.

You do not have to feel bad at all! You should be very proud of yourself for recognizing and accepting that the situation just doesn’t align with your values and needs the way you thought it would. The company will move on after you do, and it’s all okay. Best of luck in the hunt!
Some more info- I have 5 years experience in real estate, and could definitely get a salary increase of at least 20%
In the end you have to do what’s best for you. I recently decided to leave my company as well. I got a huge pay increase and promotion by moving companies. No one was offended that I decided to leave and understood my reasons.
You could bluff and tell them you were offered x amount and hybrid home/office by some company. Maybe they’ll meet your criteria?
It's a great market right now for young talent. If you feel you're at the end of your rope, and you don't see things improving you should consider leaving.
It's unlikely that any company would show you any "loyalty" if you were performing 20% "below market", or if they were in tough times.
Your 15 months there isn't that long, but it's also not super concerning and would be easily explainable.
That said, if it's really only the office culture / old school mentality that's bothering you, be careful - the grass is always greener. The most important thing at a young age is to be learning from smart people.
