It pays better than other that I know and I do not hate it.
I don't know how many people are lucky enough to get a job they "love" get paid enough.
I think getting a job you "don't hate" and pays you enough is the way to go
What are the odds that it will get better if you stay?
On the other hand, what are the odds that you'll be happier elsewhere?
I think you should keep working your current job, but you should begin casually looking for a new one. It can't hurt to see what's available. Plus, it can take a long time to find a good fit. Don't wait until you hate your job to start looking.
Agreed, shopping around for a job is not disloyalty to the company. It’s loyalty to yourself, and would be a disservice to your company if you don’t.
If you’re already asking this question, it’s probably a good sign to start looking. It’s easier to move more quickly in your early career than later.
