I’ve been contracted on a shitstorm of an asset production project. I found out from the org chart that I’ll be heading up one team (of 5) as an ACD (usually a senior designer but the freelance rate was super low so I think real CDs turned it down), but the CD of another team and I were also listed at the very top as the final creative approvers of all 5 pods (the CD offhandedly referred to it as GCDing). What is the expectation? Are we just rubber-stamping or do we need to review everything?

I am much stressed.. it’s only been 5 months to join Capgemini. I joined in as cyber security consultant with good package.
However, the work I do the tricks, logics and solutions I share with team to apply in the project… all are of no use when discussed with the architect guy. The whole team rely upon the wordings/solutions suggested by him only. It feels like my skill/knowledge and experience is of no use.

I have a real estate client who at the top of his organization chart owns is 50/50 partners in a real estate investment company. First question is it advantageous to have the top of the organization 50/50 partners own the r/e company as an s-corp?
