I’ve been in a recruitment process with a major company since July (7 interviews). On Sept 11 I had my final round with senior directors. Before that, HR asked me to complete an Excel with my compensation 10 days ago, and later requested clarifications, which felt like a strong sign. On Wednesday, I took the opportunity to send them the remaining documents they had asked for. Since the final interview, I’ve only heard they’re “waiting for feedback.” Is this delay normal or a red flag?

The actual workload will likely be the same. Someone tell me I am not a monster for leaving so soon!!!! Any advice, if you have jumped ship early and don’t want to burn bridges?

My base location does not have a hot seat.

Should this not be the focus from HR side to get a seat allocated rather than pushing employees to report to a random office that have a seat.?

And On top of that we have to take care of our own commute even when we are in shifts.
