Dir for the whole org.politely asked him to send her availability other than next Haven’t received anything since then . Wondering if such co. Is worth pursuing that doesn’t value others time and that too a replacement pos for the same busy role 🥹

Whew you win. Here I am complaining about an interview process I started early August.
I don’t necessarily think this is a bad sign. unfortunately, it does seem like they could still be interviewing candidates before sending out an offer. I recommend you ask for a timeline as. you are “interviewing with other companies but they’re your top choice”.
Sorry....what now? Two months and 7 interviews? Are they hiring you to be the new CEO? By the 7th interview, what are they even asking that they haven't already? Sorry, I have no advice, only shock. I hope you get good news soon because you have seriously earned it.
HR asked you to complete an Excel with your compensation? That's the first I've heard of it!

My friend a recruiter told me that when it comes to Salary , always insist on telling them your not comfortable talking about and your focus is looking for a role that fits you then you can talk about Salary when the time comes . (Meaning you have an offer on the table ) Some companies use that to eliminate candidates.
