I’ve been interviewing for a position at Zalando in Berlin. I have had a series of interviews this week, and the final step in the process is an interview with the VP. I just received an email from Talent where they want to scheduled a “feedback call” after the interviews to give me feedback. Is that a rejection?

Has anyone renewed their O1 lately? Can you get a interview waiver or do we still need to go through the in person interview?

I have an interview for a Principal Renewals Manager role at Slack/Salesforce this Wednesday and I was hoping for some advice on how I can wow them? Ive done a lot of research and made loads of notes but get very nervous in interviews and dont always articulate how I would want to / say everything I want to cover. It also doesnt help that the job im in at the moment makes me absolutely miserable and im desperate to leave… help!

How soon do most companies let you know if you're not proceeding to the next round of interviews? Do they let you know within the day, a day after, or a week usually?

This is my first job in a large corporate company, and I’m trying to gauge how long it normally takes to move from entry level to another internal position in the insurance industry. I have been applying internally for a year now and I am wondering if this is normal or if my company is just slow? I am a top performer, with great metrics, and I have some wonderful connections I’ve made who support me. I just can’t seem to move up. How long did it take you to move up? How many tries did it take?

How many days Deloitte India takes to release offer letter. I tried to contact HR she said that they are trying to get approvals and it is in progress. It's been a week that i have uploaded my docs.

Starting the interview process at a competitor and the people I will be interviewing with know my current team members just from being in the industry and I think some even used to work together. My home office is NY but I live in NJ and I’m filing taxes in multiple states that I worked in this year. On my W2 federal wages are the same as NY state wages, how do I track down my New York w2 wages without access to my detailed timesheets? Can I just subtract my total wages from the state wages from my W2 of the other states I’ve worked in?
