Ive been looking Data/Quant analyst roles with over 8 years experience. Little to no luck, is the job market too competitive and/or applying online isn't a good way to go about this?

I interviewed with Citi's internal audit last week and they said after the interview was over I would hear back next week. So far, crickets. I kind of need a job right now. The jobs site still says "business review" as far as application status goes.

Have met with 5 people for two different teams and another person for another team, all of which I believe are 3 total open positions for 3 different teams. Due to obvious conditions my comp for the calendar year (salary+bonus) is back to 2017 levels although my overall sales are more than double and 1/3 less total comp than last year. It seems like comp opportunity is always decreasing during good times (I get it) but when it comes to adjusting during bad times, nothing was done. Is this normal for industry sales?

Hey guys, so I have competing offers. One at Bank of America for 124, and one at Allspring for 110.

Does anybody work at Allspring? They did not provide any information regarding benefits, 401k match, or any annual bonus structure. I was told, verbally, that the Bank of America bonus is something like 15 to 20%, but nothing in writing.

Just wondering if anyone has any knowledge about compensation structure at Allspring, or any opinions on the culture there. I would be in Charlotte.
