I have also recently cleared all interview rounds in TCS & HR Shared 'Salary Breakup'. Still, my status in the iBegin portal is not changing from 'Evaluation in Progress' to 'Evaluated' & so on, even after uploading all required documents. They had initiated the process 2 times, 1st on 16th Nov and 2nd on 24th. Please let me know, how long it will take to release the final offer letter. Thanks

Current PCA here… I’ve been very successful in my role, but it really comes down to your branch. If you have a team of people who are hustlers and who want to get promoted, then you’ll be successful. If you have a lack luster team, it’s still fine, you have access to JPM’s data and analytics and can make things happen on your own. There’s no limitations on who you can call. You don’t need to worry about TCPA, which was my hurdle at Merrill as it comes off telemarkety… For the first couple of years, you will be on a salary and a recoverable draw. My boss wants me off of draw next year, I’m in year 2, and am currently hitting my revenue goals where I am technically off of draw as my commissions outweigh my draw.
I have a lot of very successful Advisors in my market. I would say the average advisor takes down ~$225k-$275k a year. I know of some that are consistently earning >$500k. Your goal is to build a revenue stream of AUM in Managed Money. Then anything else that you do that’s “commissionable” is icing on the cake.
Definitely worth a look.
Curious how many hours a week you are working?
