Thoughts on burning additional client hours (I.e. over 45)? My mindset is that it is better not to piss of the M/ P who will be conducting your review than to have utilization of 120%+

Reasons I rarely come into the office. Overheard in the elevator: I'm so busy this week...I'm at like 70% utilization. Also, reasons why I hate non-advisory people.

I have an offer from Morgan Stanley for 36 lpa.. 8 years, Java backend developer.. I am also about to have a managerial round with Mercedez Benz and Zscaler.. Morgan Stanley they said I initially will have to work on existing applications and later move on to microservices project.. Both Benz and Zscaler are working on good tech stack already.. Are any of these worth considering if they match what Morgan Stanley is offering?

I have 5 YOE in Analytics... always thought I wanted to be a DS, but every job (even the junior ones) required experience in ML development. Though I am part of the ML project, I'm not the person develop the model. And I have a hard time when the interviewer ask about how I develop the model and what hyperparameters I tuned. One of my best friends is getting married on a super short timeline. Wedding is this summer. She asked 7 girls to be bridesmaids and there were 4 groomsmen.
