Tell the people you're working with if you're actually worried! If they've been flying you around, they don't want you to go anywhere! Tell them that you are concerned about chargability because of your level, but you want to continue working in the circle--ask if they know of any sold projects in the domain and if you could still do proposals on the side (or something)
Who cares? Honestly, uncle D doesn't care nearly as much as they make it seem. It's a lot of scare tactics. As long as you have a good story about your utilization (like a 4 week non-billable proposal), you're fine. I got a 1 last year as a second year BA with 81% utilization
Let's swap. I want this proposal and you can take my project. On a serious note, check with your PPDs if they can give you utilisation given you have invested so much time on this. All PPDs have investment codes.
Let it ride

@M2: No? XYZ codes give you actual utilization. DCI, XYI and FPX give adjusted utilization.
What proposal
I have a PRD code, does that stand for anything
It does if it is DCI or XYI. XYZ don't count.
PRD code is useless. Your partner will have a xyz or fpx code as well
