I've been promoted to Senior Product Manager from Product Manager this month. I have been working for 6 years as Product Manager (2 years in current company and 4 years in previous company). My CTC is 56L including 10% yearly bonus . Am I lagging behind in my career based on both my career level and salary?

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think?
