I’ve been really struggling in this project. The domain is new, I didn’t get proper KT, and I’m trying to learn everything on my own. I’m working from morning till late night just to keep up, but still finding it hard to understand the flow and finish my tasks. Being the only one working virtually while the entire team is onsite is making even tougher, and it’s starting to affect my health and peace of mind. It’s been two months, and I genuinely feel I’m not able to give my best here

Took my first ever sick day today on account of my very poor and worsening mental health. Just could not bring myself to put in another 14 hour day with back to back meetings and constant activity. Felt very guilty but I honestly wish I could be more honest and actually share with my manager about why I took a day off.

Hey! I’m new here and would like some input. I’ve been working in a new position for almost 5 months. In that time I’ve witnessed some unethical and lots of unprofessional behavior.
