I’ve been remote for 5 years but am being recruited by some really promising in-person positions brand side (currently I am at an agency). They would require I give up my fully remote position for 4 days in office and 1 day remote a week. My commute would be about 45 mins each way. If you were fully remote and are now in office, how was it? Is it worth the 20% pay in increase and going brand side to give up my WFH? I see pros, like I really miss making new friends at the office.
