Ive been thinking about brands that offer the exact same service, and how well loyalty programs do or do not work for them. For instance, when it comes to flying, I think most frequent travelers have a strong airline affinity as the loyalty programs become quite valuable. However, when it comes to ride share apps (Uber/Lyft/etc…) it seems that decisions are made based on availability and cost, as opposed to loyalty programs.

What do you think… do you choose Uber/Lyft one way or the other?

My fiancé will NOT stop talking about her ex. After I found out they were texting arguing she justified it by saying it was about the dogs and not them. Copywriter with serious imposter syndrome at new job! How do senior writers up their game? Was in-house 1.5 years and underpaid in NYC. With only previous freelance experience (and nonprofit and grant writing before that) figured I had to slog through it for years.
