Anyone from EYP…I’m applying to “Strategy & Transactions Working Capital Consultant/Senior”. I have the experience, six sigma, PMP etc stated in the description. How can I proactively position myself to earn the interview? I’m afraid I might get auto rejected because I have way more than 2 years experience, but I know industry experience is weighted different. Appreciate any help, insight, or anyone willing to chat. What is the leave policy in JP Morgan?
Fishes, OK so this is true. Wipro is delaying the joining by half a month due to some restrictions or organisational changes & not ready to compensate for that half a month loss of salary. Very rude & absurd behaviour from them. Hence rejecting the offer as such company if u aren't sure when to ask for joining u may revoke the offer letter later on. Hence multiple options in hand is necessary nowadays. Infosys Tata Consultancy HCL Technologies

McKinsey & Company Has any industry experienced candidates pivot to MBB Engagement Manager before? My roommate works at FAANG as Senior Analyst (Ops, 6+ YOE) and was approached by McKinsey & Company recruiter for an EM role. He hasn’t done consulting before. Would this be too much of a risk? His goal is to pivot to PE S&O eventually.

I came from Cap.. had a great team there but would never go back. Felt like leadership was floundering and didn’t have the technical leadership in place nor the expertise to drive modernization efforts for our clients. Career felt stagnant and bounced to Uncle D. They also significantly underpay
Never go to Capgemini. Talented young campus hires but killed by Horrible leadership
I’ve never met anyone from Capgemini. I’ve had co workers who left for state street only to come back a few months later though.
I met 2 people from Capgemini this in my onboarding sessions.

Majority of my team’s leadership is ex-D and I have an interview for Monitor soon 🤷
I've not met anyone from D, and the 10 or so from my project that left got out of consulting.
