Bain & Company Atlanta people! I’m in the process of applying for MBA programs and wanted to ask what recruiting is like for MBB from Emorys program? Is there a reasonable shot at getting into the Atlanta office from Emory, or are those openings primarily filled by other schools (Duke, UVA, etc.)

Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Nope, you’re good. Get some rest
Just focus on getting experience if you’re new to the field. Remember passing the cpa exam means nothing without experience but congratulations
Ngl I was excited when I interned until I realized I got the most vanilla experience of PA. Ready to get absolutely annihilated this spring and fall lol
Give yourself some time to rest from that. Pat yourself on the back and relish in the accomplishment! You have your entire life to learn more. You’re already super marketable.

Cpa is the golden ticket. Most other certs are nice but not really necessary if you have cpa. Once you have that + experience under your belt, then you should be good.
The ABV is a nice, relatively easy complementary designation you can get. Both tests are 100 multiple choice questions and can be taken whenever remotely. Designation would then be “CPA/ABV”
See what is useful for your job- Alteryx certification and PMP were two that I pursued but might not be right for you.
Question on this, what exit ops see Alteryx as a plus? I'm guessing a lot would but are there any that see it as a huge plus to have? Let me know if this question makes sense haha
I would focus less on additional certifications and focus more on doing your job well, and learning new things within your firm. Have a growth mindset and advocate for yourself. Get involved with innovation efforts, training new staff, diversity/inclusion groups, etc. By the time you enter the market again you’ll have a beast of a resume and will show that you are actually interested in what you’re doing and not just collecting credentials.
