I broke my foot a few weeks ago and sitting at my desk in a cast is incredibly uncomfortable still. Received my first prenatal massage at 19 weeks today and the therapist was trained and did a bit of myofascial stretching techniques. Never touched my stomach. Just lower back, arms, legs and feet.
