Citi is best for women's employment.
Thanks
Wait for revised offer from KPMG also you know the project and it’s better for you, irrespective of gender!!
The purpose of the gender mentioned here is in last organization, I have already stressed out a lot till 11pm sometimes 12 am, But it won't be possible after my marriage, Abhi thik hai single ho to manage hojata hai
One project doesn't define a career. You should take in account other considerations. You mentioned Citi has better benefits than KPMG? Also Citi respected you enough to give you a decent offer than KPMG. Choose wisely if you are considering this from a long term perspective. Personally I would recommend Citi. ATB
Yes, I am looking for long term right now I am single but even after marriage I want to continue same company because of the maternity leaves and All. In short looking for stability now.
Seems like you already know what you want to do !!
KPMG is your comfort zone, because of that specific project so just wait for the revised offer.
Just a suggestion is don't join just because of your comfort, If that's a domain you are interested, and tech stack is not old, then only you should think of
Yes you're right I was looking for comfort zone and the technologies as well means i can adjust there easily because I know the azure, vue, Angular & their application, I worked for them late nights and In Citi I will have to learn Java as role offered is FullStack role
