Hi Everyone, I have just received an offer letter from ANSR who is working From NAB(National Australia Bank). As per interview they said once their payroll team hired all ANSR employees will transfer to NAB payroll.Does anyone have received the same is it correct process. I switched to JPM not too long ago with not a real increase too. But it has opened so many doors for me and I got promoted a year after and making so much more now

Keep looking unless you just want to get some banking exposure out of JPM. I would not change jobs for 2% raise in base pay. I'm assuming 401k match, insurance etc. are just about same at your current employer.
Yes. However, I have 0 flexibility at my current firm . No wfh or remote options. Not sure if that should be the deal breaker.
Take the company with the bigger name. The 3k isn’t what’s worth it. It’s the as u say, remote, and it opens more doors promotions. It’s worth it. Especially if your current company isn’t a big name
Not sure of your role, but negotiate. Of course see what the average is for your position on those websites. My friend got a nice role earlier this year and left 20k on the table that could have been negotiated.
