Hi fishes! I volunteer with The Art of Good, a creative collective helping small businesses affected by the pandemic. They are seeking a little help from a media professional. Need an SEM POV for a small business looking to change their name and relaunch their brand. This is non-paid. More about giving back while in-between gigs. :) If you can help out or want to learn more, please reach out to me via LinkedIN. Thank you!! www.linkedin.com/in/karenkohn/
New to Fishbowl?

I hope that's not a serious response. Do not ask for $100,000 with 2 years experience
I drive a fully loaded Prius. Own 7 exotic birds, and use the fishbowl pro app. My concepts have traveled from Boise Idaho to Cleveland Ohio. Anything cool you own is probably because one of my award winning concepts persuaded you to buy it.
^^^^^ mid-level means between junior and senior. middle management is different than mid-level.
God damnit MRM I wanted to hate you
HAHHAAHAHHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAAAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHA
80k seems reasonable to ask for. They'll probably try to negotiate down. Try to set your sights high.
I made over $100,000 with 2 years experience as a mid. Squeaky wheel gets the grease. Be a great negotiator and don't stop there. I also negotiated 2 extra weeks of vacation.
⬆ LMAO!
MRM is low key ledge
Without knowing anything about you, your work and situation (three huge factors), I'd ask for $80K as a midlevel NYC creative at a big shop.
That's a tad high.. maybe 65-70... Are you going from junior copy to copy?
Yeah, junior to copy...80 is where our heads were at, but we didn't want to come across as greedy nor sell ourselves short.
I'm a junior at a NYC agency, and make 70k. So...try to get more than that?
MRM McCann legit lying or has a daddy at the agency
....cool your jets
Bhahahahahahaha
You and junior copy here will make a magic team then crushing it with those salaries you well deserve
I read this thread and all I can think of is Channing Tatum

I'd ask for $100,000 don't devalue yourself.
