Just accepted an offer from AWS but something in me is making me hesitant. Might be the bad rep on culture and WLB or that the base is same. I feel like I could switch groups here at Accenture and get the same type of work. I already like it here too. And given my history of job hopping it felt like I finally found a place I liked at Accenture. I eventually would like to work in tech but Amazon wasn’t first choice. I could use it as a stepping stone. Should I rescind my acceptance?

If you take a job as a customer success mgr for ads, or as a partnership mgr for learning solutions for industry X, are you going to get stuck in those products (ads, learning solutions), roles (CS, sales/partnerships), or target industry (X)?
