Hi All,
After ED round of interview I got a mail from HR asking to submit few documents. In the mail HR has mentioned that I'm one of the shortlisted candidate and final selection is yet to be made. So how are my chances of getting an offer.
Is it something common that happens in JPMC.
JPMorgan Chase

Listen to your gut. Because we can’t put our finger on the exact words/ data/ evidence to support it, we tend to discount or question our gut feelings. I suspect we just don’t have the science yet to fully understand it but that doesn’t mean it’s not valid. Great book, The Gift of Fear, can really shift how you think about this.
Following my gut — whether about possible bosses/colleagues/clients or other life decisions— has served me very well when I’ve trusted it. My biggest regret is an instance when I didn’t listen to my gut and have spent years living with the fall-out. You — that very deep and knowing you — do indeed know best. Good luck!
Thanks!
Early in my career, I got a weird feeling about a firm but accepted the offer nevertheless. Big mistake. My instincts were right. They were nuts.
Several years later, I interviewed at another place and got a bad vibe. I declined the offer and, a few months later, received an offer elsewhere that totally changed the trajectory of my career for the better. I am grateful that I trusted my gut the second time.
Thanks!
Listen to your gut! I was laid off last year and I needed something to stay afloat. I interviewed with a company and the interview process was moving at the speed of light (suspiciously). Even though the people were nice, something about the role and the company itself seemed off. I couldn’t shake the negative feeling. I waited until literally a minute before the deadline to accept the offer.
Long story short, the job was torture and overworked me. I was miserable and that was still the training period. I left after 1 month and voluntarily chose to go back into the crazy job market. I wish I followed my instincts because I never should’ve took that job.
Thanks!
If your gut has generally been right trust it - but only you can know if your gut tricks you or guides you correctly
Choose between two options mostly based on yellow flags vs green flags. All signs since have confirmed my choice.
