I got an offer from one of the Big4 company and they offered me almost 60% hike on current CTC. Joing date is on 3rd week of Jan.

In the current organization I will be promoting this december. In the 1st week of Nov, I will get the appraisel letter for promotion and new salary change is from December month.

Can I produce this appaisel letter and december month payslip to Big4 HR and request her to increase my offered salary?
