I interviewed for KPMG on 11/15 for a Senior role and the HR emailed me on 11/16 that everyone liked me but they think I should be hired as an Experienced Associate. It’s been more than 10 days and multiple follow ups but still no response. I don’t think I was rude while talking to the HR, I just told my current salary and asked for min. that no. Structuring my resume for an S&O industry role. Thoughts on breaking out my experience bullets into 2 sections? “Selected Strategic Assessment Experience:” and “Selected Operational Improvement Exp:”

Classic consulting/Deloitte fashion: I listed SQL on my resume as a skill, where I really just have basic familiarity with core concepts, but would struggle to be tested technically on it. Upcoming interview where I’m likely to be asked about it. What do you recommend?

I've become really jaded about consulting. I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented. I'm looking to make a career switch so I can both create and execute on my strategies. A product management path seems very promising for this.
