Just got an offer from Bloomberg at 95K USD + signing bonus 20k USD and target bonus 25k USD. Would be working as a data analyst in London. I’m a bit worried I undersold as there really hasn’t been a lot of back and forth with regards to comp. 6YOE. Any thoughts?

I’m a second year BigLaw associate that pays market. I was offered the position at a modified salary and hourly expectation due to their expected work flow needs. I’m wondering what is the best way to approach the topic of getting on the full salary/hours. Do I wait until the bonuses are given at the end of my first year? Or bring it up at mid-year review?
