Hi Guyz,
Any one from IBM ?
I went through the entire recruitment process and got selected for IBM ISL. Now I am being told by the HR that they are unable to release offer as there is a hiring freeze.
Can any one please tell me if its correct or just an excuse not to give me offer. If its true, when will this freeze be removed?

Sorry you were let go, but 1. No - you don’t need to disclose. 2. Do some hard soul searching about your performance and work on getting those issues under control for your new job. Good luck.
No you don’t disclose. You’re one of the top performers and you’re worried they’ll try to retain you but you’ve made up your mind and this is a role you really want and see yourself growing in.
Come on, how bad do you want it!!!

They said performance issues.
I am also in final interviews for Pwc audit emerging company solutions. Apparently it’s a new department of audit that’s full remote and with no busy season. I will be deciding between these if I get both offers.
What do I have to disclose to my prospective employer? Do I have to disclose that I was terminated during the interview ?
Maybe you can answer them indirectly by saying your last day.

Confused. More.info please
I wouldn’t tell them anything
Just focus on the future. RSM for you is in the past aka if you feel like PA is for you, just pivot firms.

No, you don’t have to be truthful. They don’t have a right to know the circumstances of your departure
No need to tell anyone anything
