It’s never good to cut down to 700-900 calories so don’t listen to that. Meal prepping is ideal but if not, eat to fuel your body and not because your bored or want to enjoy the taste of a meal. Look at the nutrition menu of the places you order and pick a healthier, lower calorie option. Beware of some salad and salad dressing..just because it’s a salad doesn’t mean it’s healthy. Some are over 1000 calories. Be smart and approach each meal one at a time and make the best decision you can.
Cut out the fried food. Salads and steak were my go-to. If you have to go to a not-so-healthy place, try to pick the healthy options, even when the non-healthy ones call your name. Also, I am currently trying to adopt the mindset of “just because it’s on your plate, doesn’t mean you have to eat it”. Eat slowly and recognize when you are full, you can always save it for a snack later or lunch the next day
Go on virgin pulse and claim you are healthy, collect $10 and spend it on McDonalds dollar menu
I try to order a salad for at least one meal a da with a healthy protein like grilled chicken or fish. Then, my other meal is usually chicken or fish with a vegetable or rice side. I tend to mindlessly snack, so I request we get sliced apples in a bag and then I don't feel as bad eating a ton of apple slices instead of the cheese its or whatever else we have in the audit room. I also try to only drink one cup of coffee with sugar or cream a day and the rest of the day I drink it black.
Not food related but I got a Fitbit because there’s an option to have it vibrate on your wrist ten minutes to every hour to remind you to move. I find it helpful in remembering to take a break every once in a while.
My smartwatch does this but gives the option to stretch instead of walk if you want.
Keto diet! I eat out every meal and have lost 6 lbs in a week. Whataburger with no bun, jimmy johns wrapped in lettuce, etc
Cut down on sleep and go work out at 5am like some other people do haha 😂
Bring your own food. Much healthier than ordering out every day. Meal prep on Sunday and crock pot meals. Workout over lunch. If you work 14 hrs a day who cares about 30 extra minutes to walk on a treadmill
Avoid carbs, eat fat and proteins
Just pay a really expensive gym so u have to go
Meal prep
Intermittent fasting and/or keto
I actually lost weight last year and I’m a stress eater/binger. What I did was make sure to get exercise in everyday and I only ate FRESH fruit/fruit juice until noon and then I’d have fresh whole food snacks like bell peppers, carrots, nuts and things like that. Always ordered dinner that was heavy on the veggies. Avoid the processed carbs and unless you’re on a healthy team, don’t go for the team snacks. It’s not supper exciting obvi but it does the trick
Eat salad for the most part and avoid fried food and pasta..
700-900 calories a day/Keto diet/ fasting
Make time to exercise. I try to do 20 minutes on the treadmill everyday before work. As a partner once told me if you work out in the morning you get it done, unlike evenings no one can take it away.
