We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles. My experience at D has been confusing through and through, and I think the company is purposely misleading. Over the course of 1 year, I’ve been in 3 different offerings and gone from a cross-consulting strategy consultant to an Oracle ERP consultant, all automatically based on organizational changes. I’m beyond confused and now 5 steps removed from the area I joined Deloitte to pursue. Despite having *very vocally* expressed my non-interest in my role, they did not lay me off cont.
