I made it to the final round of a recruitment process for a Content Marketing Manager position at a big multinational company in the food industry. I now found out they interviewed another candidate and are going to take the next few days to make their final decision. It's just down to thr 2 of us. Seeking advice - I didn’t graduate with a finance or accounting degree but have recently landed a junior accounting role (billing management / invoicing) I can see myself growing in this field and have started to learn more about financial/economic terms which interests me. I feel really behind and I’m just not sure what career paths are available or what senior roles I should be striving for given my background. During 2016, I was selected for wipro as a fresher undergone training, but I did not clear the training exams, so wipro terminated me.During tht time I created NSR profile, after tht I joined another MNC as fresher. I never mentioned wipro exp as previous exp anywhere. Now recently I got a offer frm wipro. here also I did not tell that I was earlier termined by wipro.If wipro asks me to provide NSR details during my joining, does NSR have my previous exp in their db? Does it affect my joining with wipro?
