Just got promoted to senior in DT (I’m in TP) usually year over year we get allocated slightly more comp % being in IT/TP than BTS or other larger groups. This year obviously not the case my PPMD explained there was no “merit based” corps and that could likely happen again next year.... the comp we got was honestly shockingly low (3%). Have a good friend just get promoted to senior in PWC TP .. got 20% and a 2.45% bonus ... anyone hear of this? Or believe this is true cause I am shocked

Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike.
