Just got word that I will be scheduled for a final round interview with a practice leader at EY. What kind of questions can I expect? I have heard these meetings are little more informal than the previous ones with a manager. Is it true at this point it is just to see fit with the team?

Hey fishes, aside from the obvs candidates (fjord, Ideo, snook, deloitte digital, ey Parthenon, pwc consumer bit), who else is doing good work in the UX research/service design space? UK/Europe based.

During the interview, If the interviewer recommended you to talk to somebody else in the firm but not the original rescheduled interviewers,what does that mean? After the recommendation, he stopped asking me questions. And the conversation only covered about 60% of the whole interview timeline. Shall I follow up with him about the ‘mentioned talk’?
