I am at Big4 UK (London). Recently, I started to suspect myself to have Asperger’s. I haven’t seen a doctor yet and I haven’t been officially diagnosed. I was always understanding that something is not “normal” with me but I didn’t know about Asperger’s. Let’s assume I go to a doctor and officially been diagnosed. What are the pros/cons to disclose it to my employer? Can they fire me because of this? I am on visa in this country. That’s why don’t want to risk it at all. Thanks for help!

Hi everyone, I’ve been trying to land my first product design role and I can’t seem to get my foot in the door. I’ve asked mentors from ADPlist to review my LinkedIn and resume as well as my portfolio and I haven’t had any luck. Hey guys, so I have competing offers. One at Bank of America for 124, and one at Allspring for 110.

Does anybody work at Allspring? They did not provide any information regarding benefits, 401k match, or any annual bonus structure. I was told, verbally, that the Bank of America bonus is something like 15 to 20%, but nothing in writing.

I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

Need advice and pep talk because I’m certain I have chronic imposter syndrome :( Background on me, I have about 6 years of work experience post college but have gone through many companies because of layoffs and/or reorgs. With that, I’ve bounced a lot with different industries and have done different roles for a year max. My current role is about to be my longest (thank goodness, hitting about 2 years) but I feel like I’m not a SME in anything but I feel embarrassment for myself (Cont.)

I even though I’m 30 and have my own apartment in NYC, I always love going home and feel like a kid again when my mom cooks for me. They’re getting older, and moments like these are getting rare.

Would anyone that has moved from Big 4 to MBB be willing to chat for 15-30 minutes? I’m hitting a point where I am enjoying consulting (advisory) but I’m not sure the idea of narrowing in on a specific industry and exact skillset appeals to me. 930-11 : look for a new job
11-2 lunch and nap
2-3 : sometimes meetings, mostly begging people for billable work
3-4:30 - proposal work if I have it or more job hunting
5-9pm family time and dinner
10-3am - netflix, videogames, cry myself to sleep
