I got like a 1.8% increase with 104% utilization. I can check the number, but I prefer to ignore it
I got promoted to manager this year and got a 4% raise. The excuse I got was "you're already in the higher salary band", which is untrue. I know people who make wayyyyy more. I'm basically a peasant.
High utilization with shitty production will do that 😋
D2- how would you know about my production? Unsubscribe.
I would think 15-20%
That sucks
Whoa D1, no need to be so sensitive. I simply meant merit increase is based on performance not utilization.
Sorry D2. I'm extremely sleep deprived and still salty about being underpaid by about $30k
P1, it would seem to me that your promotion + shitty raise would make you a prime candidate to switch firms for a pay bump - no?
How much of a pay bump can people expect?
@PwC - I am considering switching next year but I kind of have a decent network built within the firm and would hate to start from scratch. I'd say making director would be somewhat easier at PwC. Then again, maybe I'm just afraid of change.
