Hi all,
Need help , can anyone let me know if Accenture is giving work from home as of now ? I mean i have been offered, and the HR is telling me to collect the assets from the base location and the policy of dispatching the assets to home location is no more. Now initially it was communicated it will be work from home for at-least 6 months now i am building trust issues to join the organisation.

Gave interview in TCS, it went pretty well. At the end, the tech interviewer asked my expected ctc. After mentioning as 27lpa, he asked if can be negotiated, told yes.
After that didn't get any feedback, its been around 5days.
Is 27lpa too much fr tcs? 🤔

Just bc you take the interview...
1) doesn’t mean you’ll get the job
2) doesn’t mean you have to accept the offer
You only have more to gain by taking the interview!
This is my 4th job in 3 years out of school, and first time I’ve loved my team and work this much. I do work directly for C suite here and feel heavily invested in. I feel like I can just grow here safely (they are also paying for my degree) and in a few years leave to FAANG if I want? FAANG salary would only give me like 30k extra right now and I feel the intangibles are worth more at the moment
ok maybe postponed isnt the right word for it but they asked to keep in touch
Take the interview — it’s always good to get the practice and gauge your market value, and Google will just keep you in their rotation and reach out for another gig down the road if you pass on this one. But based on everything you said, I can’t think of any reason why you’d want to actually take the job.
Is your current company hiring?
If you take the interview and the job works out can I have your old gig
No harm in interviewing, but sounds like you already have the dream job at the moment, I’d def continue there for a bit more
