Just received a SC offer from Deloitte in Ops Transformation and am looking for thoughts on upward mobility and exposure to senior leaders as a SC (both within project teams and clients). Additionally, thoughts on travel and impact on promotion if I ask to not travel often. I currently love my role, my company, and my team… but the salary bump is pretty significant, so I’m trying to get as much insight into making the jump to a larger firm without letting the salary completely make my decision.

I’ve been yelled at and berated by my coworker 3 separate times because of minor errors. I’m ready to quit.
