After successful technical interview with IBM India, approximately after how many days will they take to call us like for HR round and salary negotiations? My YOE is 11 and currently have an offer of 24. How much can I ask to IBM? Tech stack: JavaScript Node React Etc.,IBM Consulting IBM
I'll be joining tw as UI Lead, soon.
I'm a javascript/react developer since inception of my career & haven't worked much on CICD/JENKINS and similar technology.
Should I be worried that as a lead I don't know these and will it affect by job security?
Ps- I'm good at UI,js, react etc.

Is firm travel back up to pre covid levels?
Guys , whoever is interviewing and planning to join , do ask project availablity on priority basis before you take decision. On Java front looks like there is some project issue due to recent slowdown in market. My offer was not revised even after agreement with recruiter because of this.

Generally you will get a good amount of exposure to leadership. But it’s definitely project dependent and you a bit to make connections to some extent. I really think travel will not be much of an issue. A lot of your experience is going to be dependent on navigating your career at Deloitte. We do some of almost everything. Challenge is just getting on rights project and finding folks you like. If you care about salary today and long term though I would make the leap. If you don’t like it after 2 years everyone knows Deloitte and you can always make a change
There are also generally fewer opportunities at a smaller firm though. And networking isn’t really that big of a deal. You just have to network potentially to find a project you like.
Clarification: I’m a current SC at a smaller healthcare consulting firm with a trajectory of promotion to manager within the next 6-12 months. I’d be hired into the healthcare ops transformation team at Deloitte.
I’m an SC in ops transformation working in healthcare. Feel free to DM me questions. Lots of opportunity here.

Travel isn’t really a thing right now. It may pick up a little later but it won’t ever go back to the weekly travel we had before.
OP I'm in a similar situation, but I'm already in consulting. Can you share some insights on the salary perspective? Current and bump%?
What did the salary offer look like? Currently in the process and leaning towards Deloitte
Mine was for $150k annual base; I’m not sure what the bands are. The recruiter said it depended on experience, etc.
Congratulations and welcome!
Commercial or GPS? I’m in GPS Workforce Transformation and after 2 years I have more access to Principal and MD types than I’d like probably 😂
Dm if you want to chat.
All accurate considering when I was there.
I'm sure what it's like now with the pandemic but the salaries sounds accurate depending on your YOE and location.
