BCG final round interview in a week. Any tips on what to expect in a partner level conversation?
- how is it different than the round 1 experience?
- how important is the casing component? I'm doing pretty well, but not perfect. Friends have been eating me 8/10, with the need to improve structure and be more top down in my communication. I'm wondering what I can do to improve that in a week and if that will be a deal breaker on interview day?

Cleared Accenture Skill interview by answering almost all the questions and received congratulatory mail for HR round and submitting all documents. Then after a week received a call from HR saying that due to some technical issue, the skills round will happen again and an online assessment was set up. In the assessment, questions which were not directly related to the profile were asked and then a rejection mail was received. Does this happen a lot?

Why would you even consider leaving without a big bump in salary?
Well if you made 87, why didn't you tell them that was the requirement? Usually you can count on at least 10% when making a move
It’s federal so is lower than commercial. Saying that fed C pay band is 75-100kish
That’s about right, maybe a bit low since coming in as an experienced hire
I know of several people hired as a C1 in Fed (S&O and tech) who got 80 with 5k signing bonus
Start up exp doesn’t mean anything to Deloitte unless it did something. How many years consulting exp? And if you’re already making 87, you should’ve told them that
Tell them you were looking for 90. They’ll probably bump up your signing bonus but Fed C1s generally aren’t making over mid 80s
I got an offer from D S&O at 105K Consultant in March....
You folks quoting $100k+ are throwing him off. He’s in Federal and billing rates are lower. Our Consultant range is between $80-100k typically, anything more than that is SC level.
That being said, now the offer has been made, if you want more tell them what you were making and justify why (I.e. I was making 87k at Accenture, would it be possible to match that here or even give me an even 90k?). Worse that can happen is they say no. You won’t get your offer rescinded.
Do you know if they are usually flexible in negotiations? I made 87 at ACN and am hoping for that or higher. Thank you!
I have 3 years commercial hc exp and start up experience
First time negotiating! Pls help! When would it be appropriate to say 87 is a requirement
About 3 years started out of college.
Took paycut to work at start up so now making 81
I had under 3 year experience. This was in their HHS practice
Was that fed?
Op federal, gov work
Seems very low. I got an offer from Deloitte tech consulting for 105k last month. I'm also only 3 years out of school.
In line with what I received ~4 years ago. Pay does not increase muchh YTY and bonuses are low. Believe after 3 years my yearly wage increased by about 3-4k.
From my understanding, SC is not a large pay increase.
