Not on that team but my C starting salary was 75k with 1.5 YOE
Thanks!
The role is for Masters graduates with no experience. In public sector, the starting salary is $80k.
That’s weird. Senior range is 70-140 and market competitive for external hires.
It is a broad range. Realize there are internal salary bands they never talk about. Within SC it’s SC 1, SC 2, and SC 3
1 - between 70-90 or 95k (grads w masters or industry to consulting entering etc, less experience)
2 - 90-110 or 120 (standard sc hire w enough experience from another consulting co)
3 - 115 ish - 140 (specialists)

SC for fresh grads who went from their UG to their masters with no experience. And probably think more MS/MA than MBA.
That's very low and the range is very narrow. Maybe because I have an MBA, but my SC offer was in low 100s. Definitely emphasize your experience and credentials in your application.
I’m an SC in healthcare with 4 YOE at 100
