Not clear but TSA pre check. Absolutely worth it. In an out for 10 mins
I have pre-check already, but I still find those lines pretty long right now. I went ahead and signed up for Clear and started the process for global entry.
I've done a few free trials of Clear, but didn't feel they had grown enough at the time to make it worth keeping. I have PreCheck and Global Entry. The last time I signed up for Clear I was flying out of New Orleans. This was several years back and the lines were crazy. I ran over to a Clear staffer and resubscribed. Cancelled when I got back home that night.
Did the same thing one day at DFW.

Im these situations, I am with you that its totally time to upgrade. These waits are crazy! So busy, all due to the government shut down
I’ve used Clear at RDU, Orlando, Reagan, and Houston. Absolutely worth it. The agents are actually kind and it moves lightening fast.
Clear lines can take longer than TSA pre-check bc of their process, but in some airports its getting better. Agree with above-- TSA pre is a must, but I rarely use my Clear.
Oh and I think that MPC is great too.
What airport is this at? My airport here in Savannah, GA is never like this. I always get through with PreCheck in just five minutes. These lines are crazy to see!
That was Houston.
I’ve never considered pre check until now with all of this non sense security lines. The company I work for will reimburse me for it as long as I get it for business travel. I fly a few times a year so I’m going to do it.
Yeah, I don’t remember how much it was. I think it was like 100 bucks or something if that’s that known traveler number. It’s been a while since I got it, but it definitely is worth it.
