Does PHR certification help in India, as this is globally recognised how much valuable is this currently in indian job market.

They offer two options: the “traditional” course (which lasts around 2.5 months) and an extended 6-month course. The difference in price is substantial – 2.5k for the traditional course vs 6k for the extended one. Any thoughts/recommendations on which one I should take? Currently in consulting where I get to do data visualizations sometimes but not always, have an opportunity to shift to a data analytics focused role. Struggling to decide as I am not fully sure if I would be competent in/happy with daily data work. Advice, thoughts? 😣 I just never find what I like…

Thinking of switching employers. Do you think bigger retail stores (the ones that have several locations) are easier or harder to work at than little hole-in-the-wall grocery stores (which is all I've ever done)? It seems like the larger chain stores would have more downtime, but I'm wondering if anyone could give some input.
