Just wanted to rant about my interview process with Disney Streaming… The recruiter emailed me “I caught up with the team and I have updates for you! Can we get on a call tomorrow at 5-6 pm?” over a week after my final round. So ofc I take it as a good sign. Ends up flaking me at the proposed time, emails me at almost 11 pm asking for my availability next day. Flakes on me again at the time, I follow up and he says he’ll call at x time, and finally calls me over half an hour later. Continued 👇🏼

Received an offer at 300k/year and a Google offer at 200k/year.
I wanted Google since I started the whole interview process, but I am now not sure given the salary difference.

The position at Google is more junior and the team is just being formed, which involves more risk. However, I like the team at the other company.
