I gave interview in Amazon and cleared all the rounds , then went on hold and still on hold due to hiring freeze in that departement. HR does respond and update me when reached out.
Interesting thing which happened here is iam cracking each every product based interviews now after my tough preparation for Amazon and getting higher packages than what Amazon would give. So whatever happens , happens for good. Cheers Amazon

Hello Folks,
My LWD with current organization is on 30-Sep-2022.
I have an offer with HCl and joining date is on 3-oct-2022.
I have cleared the TCS technical and managerial round and got an email to upload the documents to proceed further with HR discussion, an I have done it yesterday.
But my priority is to go with TCS, but the doubt is will TCS provide offer or joining letter before 30-Sep-2022, because only 6 days left to complete my LWD.
Any suggestions to handle this.

It’s a numbers game. You’re not entitled to any job so just keep applying and do your best when you get interviews. Something will work out. To answer your question, you just accept the decision and take away any lessons you can from each interview experience. Learn from it, move on, don’t dwell
I've learned over the years that you should fear the job that was too easy to get.
to the question you proposed, I would practice a close you plan to use. it needs to be obvious that your target knows are trying to close. try to have 3 things that make you a fit and one thing that creates a timing element. something like I'm licensed, I know what I'm in for and I want the job. since it is August and fall is approaching, so I would like to get this in place soon. can I have the position. then shut up.
As someone that does a lot of interviewing, I can tell in 5 mins if the person sitting across from me wants this job or a job. If they don’t ask questions, they are just trying to get a paycheck. If they ask interesting questions, they tend to get the job.
For example, “what is the firms current lead generation procedure?” That implies they are looking to learn how to grow. It’s a better question then, “how do new advisors get leads?”
This might be a cut throat business but I still want team players.
Yell out “NEXT"
Tell us more. Maybe we can diagnose if there is a problem. By the way, I’ve known a few financial services hirers who basically push candidates away in the theory that the right candidate will keep trying to get the job and will show all important skill of overcoming rejection. Maybe call up one of the rejecting firms and ask for another chance. It might just impress
