L1 is good guy. L2 is also decent. Lots of support from both L1 and L2.
Mujhe company se issue hai (no communication) but nothing towards my L1 and L2.
He gave A* for 2024 & 2025 and A+ in 2023.
Promotion kaise hoga aur kya promotion pe kuch increment bhi hota hai.
Looking for some relevant answers from people who got promoted to DGM or GM level or above.
