IAM: Are there usually any good opportunities for IAM (with only 3 years of experience) outside consulting? I have an offer from another big 4 but I am wondering if I should look outside consulting.

Exit opportunities from SALT - partnership focus? Starting to get worried that the opportunities are too slim and debating leaving for a federal position (even if at a lower title) to gain experience. Anyone have experience with this? I feel like my only options right now are the same jobs just at different cpa firms.
