I'm updating my resume for the first time in 3 years and I'm struggling with how long it should be. I can get everything on to one page, but if I want to elaborate about my experience, it's going to be 1.5-2 pages.

Curious, just accepted offer for entry level swe role (not a comp sci major) and it was well over what I make now and I always hear to negotiate salary but in this case should I have negotiated just to negotiate?

How acceptable is it to customize role title on resume? As in, if its okay to say “Product Manager and Consultant” / “Product Management Consultant” vs official tittle of just Consultant? Hi All, I am 11 yoe, working at a medium sized product company and I got an offer from Thoughtworks (50% hike) for a Lead Consultant role in data engineer profile.

Being a mother, I have anxiety and nervousness about joining a service based company bcoz of doubts below.

I need some insight. Just had a phone interview for a management job in healthcare. I felt comfortable and felt like the interview went well. I ask questions and the ACNO said that I asked great questions. They said that they had other interviews to do as well but said the next step is to bring me in for an on-site interview (I live 1,000 miles away) and that the recruiter would be reaching out.
