Average is $500 for everything. We have a pool, 12k sq ft lot, and 2k sq ft house though.
Our apt is about 1500 sq feet. We pay around $160/month for LADWP. Gas is included in our rent
My house is about 1750sq ft. Around 300/mo for ladwp. Gas is dirt cheap though. Like 20 - 50/mo
Pro
My gas used to be so cheap but then SoCal Gas hiked up the rates in late December! That coupled with the unseasonably cold weather in late Dec…Ughhhhhhhh.
Yeah that’s because natural gas prices doubled
1270 soft SoCal gas is like 30-60 a month. Edison 100-500 depending on AC Usage. Water is like 65. But I have 3 kids and we all work from home.
2,000 sq ft home - our gas bill has been hovering around $70-80 in the winter and electricity roughly $100/mo but we have a few solar panels and two EVs that we charge. Water has gone up to $100/mo and trash is about $65. It's definitely gone up 😩
800 sq ft, $10/month on gas and ~$70/month for electricity with now two people who wfh. I definitely have it good
own a 1450 sq ft place. gas and water are paid by the HOA. electric is approx $75/ mo after recent hikes. have spectrum internet 600 mbps and use spectrum app with other apps for tv and they threw in a phone which it would cost me more to take off and pay $124/mo for that
