Working for Wipro as azure data engineer in Spark, Hive, Azure ADF, ADB etc.
Current CTC: 17.5 LPA
Total YOE: 11 years
Relevant exp in big data: 6 yrs
Relevant exp in Azure: 2+ yrs
Got offer from Atos of 26.4 LPA. Is this a good offer? or Shall I search other job at 30+ LPA?

Overall, the culture is great. It can depend on the team, though.
Do you currently work for their product team?
Congratulations on landing an interview! I think VP is on track. I would have to agree that JP has an excellent reputation, BlackRock is not quite as renowned but is also known for having a great culture.
👍 for the Lols
602, likely hovering around 100k on the base. Bonus heavily dependent upon org. Can be 1k, can be 20k
That's a great news! Congratulations! I think the base would be around $90k-$100k.
I would ask for no less than 95k.
Congratulations on landing an interview! I would probably go for nothing less than $90k. I would choose JP Morgan over BlackRock as JP has far better pay and culture.
I think ops at BlackRock gets you 140-150 TC as senior associate, not sure why you would make a move to JP where the comp is lower based on what I see
90-100k seems really low for senior associate level. Are JPM folks here underestimating or is that the real expected comp?
