Last week, PwC filed my H1B transfer petition where they have put dates of intended employment as 09/08/2021 to 09/07/2024 (MM/DD/YYYY). Does that mean that if my petition is approved before 09/08, I still won’t be able to start before 09/08?

The immigration firm(for the new company I’ve accepted offer from) reached out with a link to put in my details for H1 transfer. They specifically mentioned that they won’t support dependent immigration.

I am an senior associate at a small (8-10 attorneys) immigration firm in NYC. My base is 110k and I get 30% for the cases and clients I bring in. My revenue was 370k last year and I did 250k till April this year.

My PERM PWD was filed in early February and I’m still waiting. Almost all PWDs filed in the same month in my company have received determination, and all that are still in process are in the same department/team as me. I wonder what’s going on there.
What happens if a PWD takes more than 12 months to get approved? Would we have to file a new PWD since the 9141 wage survey is only valid for 12 months? (Feels like a PWD that takes >12 months to adjudicate would break the world record though).
