Fishes, OK so this is true. Wipro is delaying the joining by half a month due to some restrictions or organisational changes & not ready to compensate for that half a month loss of salary. Very rude & absurd behaviour from them. Hence rejecting the offer as such company if u aren't sure when to ask for joining u may revoke the offer letter later on. Hence multiple options in hand is necessary nowadays. Infosys Tata Consultancy HCL Technologies

I enjoyed my last industry job (basically all former B4) but dislike my current one, especially the work environment. I don't think I could ever go back to public though now that I've gotten the taste of sweet WLB lol. But if it helps you with your LT goals, go for it. Industry will always be here.

Is the firm big enough to where you wouldn't be on the same clients going back? Could always negotiate that piece in if so.

Your right but when I told them I was leaving I told them I already accepted so they didn’t counter offer.
If you left because of the clients and work life balance then that problem will still be there if you go back. 20k is great, but its not life-changing money. I’d continue to interview.
